Sequoia High School

Our varsity squad came through once again.  They saved the best for last!  We played our last game of the season at home against Hillsdale and beat them 2-0.  The first goal came on the second half in the 52 minute.  Juan Ramirez took the ball away from a forward and took it all the way through the other side.  He took a powerful shot and sent it in to the net.  The second goal was scored by Michael Young at the 55 minute.  Juan Ramirez made a perfect pass to Michael who took the opportunity and sent it in to the net.  This game earned us the title of "League Champions" and we are now automatically in the CCS play-offs.  It was a great season...  Coach Julio.
